ONE SYSTEM. CLEAR CONTROL

A central management framework connects every stage of the project and gives teams a clear view of scope, schedule, cost, risks and progress.

Our approach is built on internationally recognised project management and project controls practices, including PMI / PMBOK®, PRINCE2®, ISO 21502, AACE International and FIDIC. They are adapted to the requirements of each project and the local regulatory environment.

Common standards across our business units help identify deviations early and keep projects aligned with their objectives.

FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION

MEASURE. FORECAST. ACT

Project performance is continuously measured against approved scope, schedule and cost baselines. PBG uses Earned Value Management, SPI/CPI indicators, S-curves, critical path analysis and regular forecasting to track physical progress, costs and expected completion.
Monthly performance and risk reviews, supported by three-month look-ahead planning, help identify schedule, cost and risk deviations early. When a deviation is detected, its impact is assessed and corrective actions are defined before it affects the overall project outcome.
